Forest Dept. battery cars take you to the viewpoint. Best visited in the morning.12:30 PM – Back to Ooty – Lunch + Shopping

The World Famous Botanical Gardens are one of the main tourist attractions in Ooty. These gardens were founded by Sir William Jackson Hooker in 1848. The gardens house more than 8000 plants from all over the world including orchids, cacti, roses and bonsais.
This tour package covers all the major attractions in and around Ooty and Coonoor including Jalakandam Falls, Dolphin's Nose, Muthukumara Hills and Botanical Garden. You will also get an opportunity to explore the tea gardens, spice plantations and the Blue Mountains National Park.
